Day 01: Airport – Negombo

  • On arrival at the airport, you will be met by a representative of Jetwing Travels and directly transferred to Negombo.

  • Approx. 20 minutes’ drive to Negombo.

  • Check-in to hotel.

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Jetwing Beach, Negombo or similar.

Day 02: Negombo – Dambulla

  • After breakfast, leave for Habarana via Dambulla (Approx. 4hrs).

  • Authentic Village Tour: Experience Sri Lankan village life with bull cart rides, catamaran boat rides, mud houses, and a traditional Sri Lankan lunch (rice & curry).

  • Check-in to hotel.

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Jetwing Lake, Dambulla or similar.

Day 03: Dambulla – Minneriya National Park – Dambulla

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Afternoon safari at Minneriya National Park (approx. 4 hrs).

  • Witness elephants, buffalo, deer, crocodiles, jackals, birds, and more.

  • Return to hotel.

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Jetwing Lake Dambulla or similar.

Day 04: Habarana – Sigiriya – Matale – Kandy

  • After breakfast, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress (World Heritage Site).

  • En-route to Kandy, visit Matale Spice Gardens.

  • Evening: Watch Kandyan cultural show.

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Amaya Hills Kandy or similar.

Day 05: Kandy – Peradeniya – Kandy

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Local Cooking Demonstration – Learn to prepare authentic Sri Lankan curries.

  • Visit Kandy Central Market.

  • Return to hotel.

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Amaya Hills Kandy or similar.

Day 06: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Scenic train journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (subject to availability).

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: The Blackpool Hotel, Nuwara Eliya or similar.

Day 07: Nuwara Eliya (2nd Day)

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Full-day Nuwara Eliya City Tour:

    • Colonial landmarks

    • Lake Gregory

    • Victoria Park

    • Sita Amman Temple

    • Local markets

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: The Blackpool Hotel or similar.

Day 08: Nuwara Eliya – Ella – Yala

  • After breakfast, travel via Ella to Yala.

  • Afternoon jeep safari at Yala National Park.

  • Witness elephants, leopards, crocodiles, bears, and 130+ bird species.

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Jetwing Yala or similar.

Day 09: Yala – Udawalawa

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Visit Elephant Transit Home (feeding times: 10.30am, 2.30pm, 6.30pm).

  • Jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park (home to ~400 elephants).

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Grand Udawalawe Safari Resort or similar.

Day 10: Udawalawa – Galle – Colombo

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Visit Galle Fort & Lighthouse; explore markets and handicrafts.

  • Proceed to Colombo (Approx. 2.5hrs).

  • Dinner & Overnight stay: Colombo Court Hotel & Spa or similar.

Day 11: Colombo – Airport

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Transfer to airport for departure flight.
