Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a deposit of 25% at the time of confirmation.

• Full payment is due no later than 60 days before departure.

• Payments are processed securely, and prices are quoted in GBP.

2. Changes & Cancellations

• Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure will incur a 25% fee.

• Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

• It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure passports, visas, and entry requirements are met.

• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings.

4. Our Liability

• Tripmoo acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and suppliers. We are not liable for unforeseen disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure events.
